The Six Thinking Hats is a classic tool for creativity and problem solving in teams, but it is often misunderstood and fails to live up to its potential. In this workshop, Dr. Travis Kahle, the Director of the University of Charleston's Innovation Center, will teach us how to utilize the hats correctly to maximize team performance.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Dr. Travis Kahle is the Director of the University of Charleston's Innovation Center, where he leads the Innovation Scholar Program and the i3 Innovation Showcase, one of the largest collegiate innovation competitions in West Virginia. Previously, Dr. Kahle was the Executive Director of Career Services at West Virginia State University and the Director of the Center for Career Development at UC. He holds a Doctor of Executive Leadership from UC, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University. Travis lives with his wife Kim in Wayne, WV.
